" My goal in 2009 was to finish Ironman Arizone, my first Ironman distance triathlon. I did that beating my goal time in 20 seconds.
I started the Ironman training believing I can do it alone and quickly learned that training for an Ironman is just so much more complicated than just putting in the miles. As a veteran of over 80 triathlons over a 25 year career, I felt that all I needed was my experience and the will to train. What I learned was that I needed more, and Kinetics 360 was the solution.

I’ve been a runner for more than 5 years and decided 6
months ago to run a marathon. At first, it seemed like an impossible goal but
with Rom’s encouragement and constructive training program I started to believe
in myself. I currently live in Amsterdam
and travel a lot for work but despite the distance and busy life style Rom
managed to design a training program that fit perfectly for my special needs. More
than once I almost gave up but thanks to his support and motivation I overcame
all my self doubts. On October 19, 2008, I crossed the finish line
of the Amsterdam marathon as a hero thanks to Rom. Now we are
planning our next goal…:)
