PHILOSOPHY

The personal training and fitness program is designed as a comprehensive mind and body program that encompasses all aspects of your physical well being.

For most people, the combination of a well-balanced workout routine and a balanced diet is the only way to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and therefore Kinetics 360 is more than just “sessions” with a trainer. You also receive nutritional and other complementary guidance and support through literature and articles from a nutritionist, in addition to a specific and customized workout plan, that is based on your goals, needs, ability and available time.

The workout plan will include a stretching and flexibility program, a cardio-vascular routine, balance training and a strength and conditioning training. This program will teach you how to adopt a better and healthier lifestyle and subsequently improve the quality of your life.

Even if you are not active and living a complete sedentary lifestyle at the moment, a healthy transformation can happen to anyone at anytime in their life. It is never too late.


group workouts

Every Monday at 6:45 PM SHARP we will be meeting for a 1-hour strength training workout at the Mar Vista Park. We will focus on stretching and flexibility, core, and total body strength. All levels are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel and a bottle of water. If you have any more equipment such as dumbbells or resistance cords, please bring it with you.

Plenty of free parking is available by the hockey court (enter from Palms Blvd., between Sawtelle Blvd and Mclaughlin Ave.)
We will meet right by the hockey court.

A complete 4 day analysis of your food log to identify wrong eating habits, improve metabolism and overall health.You will learn about the right food choices, nutrients, correct eating habits, and how to implement a healthy diet with a more active daily schedule.

 

Grocery store shopping......................................................$165

A trip to the local grocery store where we emphasize the right food choices and healthier products that will optimize your nutrition.

Total access to a customized training program, including a complete personalized workout program based on your unique health history, exercise history, schedule, and individual goals. Includes unlimited e-mail and phone interaction, detailed daily workout instructions with exercises (including photos and videos), workout tips and tricks, and continual feedback from your trainer on how to get optimal benefit from your exercise program.
